What currencies does Easy Invoice support?
Easy Invoice supports 18 currencies with proper formatting, including USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, CAD, and more. You can set your default currency in the app settings.
Can I create invoices on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Easy Invoice runs as a Custom Object view inside the monday.com mobile app on iOS and Android. You get a mobile dashboard with totals for quotes, invoices, customers, and items, plus the full document editor so you can create, preview, and share a public link straight from your phone.
How do clients receive their invoice — do they need a monday.com account?
No account needed. From the editor toolbar, click Link to publish a public share URL your client can open in any browser to view the invoice and download the PDF. You can also download the PDF locally on desktop and email it yourself.
Where is my invoice data stored — on your servers or in monday.com?
All invoice, quote, customer, and product data stays in your own monday.com boards. PDF generation runs client-side in your browser, so the invoice content never passes through external servers.
How does tax work on an invoice?
You set a single tax rate and tax label (GST, VAT, Tax, or whatever you use) in Settings — for example 10% GST in New Zealand, 20% VAT in the UK, or a US sales-tax rate. Each line item has a per-line tax toggle so you can mix taxable and non-taxable items on the same invoice. Note: this is a configuration tool, not tax advice — check the correct rate and label with your accountant.
What happens to my invoices if I uninstall Easy Invoice?
Your data stays in monday.com because that's where it lives. Customers, items, quotes, and invoices remain on their boards as normal items — you'll just lose the document-style editor and PDF generation until you reinstall.
