Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Easy Invoice application ("App") operated by Redcoded Limited, trading as BAM Apps ("we", "us", "our").

By installing or using the App through the monday.com marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Description of Service

Easy Invoice is a monday.com application that allows users to create, edit, and manage invoices and quotes directly within monday.com boards. The App provides a document-style editor, customer and product management, PDF generation, and invoice publishing — all using data stored in your monday.com account.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid monday.com account to use the App. You must be authorized to grant the permissions requested during installation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with monday.com's Terms of Service
  • Ensure that invoice content and customer data you enter is accurate and lawful
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose, including fraudulent invoicing
  • Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or reverse-engineer the App

4. Data Handling

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data. In summary:

  • All invoice, quote, customer, and product data is stored in your monday.com boards — not in our own databases
  • App settings (company details, preferences) are stored via monday.com's Storage API
  • Published invoices are stored server-side on monday code infrastructure and can be unpublished at any time

5. PDF Generation and Published Invoices

  • PDF generation is performed client-side in your browser. Invoice content is not sent to external servers for rendering.
  • Published invoices create a publicly accessible URL. You are responsible for the content of published invoices and for unpublishing them when no longer needed.
  • We do not guarantee the permanent availability of published invoice URLs.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Redcoded Limited. monday.com is a trademark of monday.com Ltd.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

  • monday.com — governed by monday.com's Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all browsers or environments
  • That monday.com APIs will remain available or unchanged
  • The accuracy of calculations (users should verify invoice totals independently)

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Redcoded Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.

Upon uninstallation, app settings and published invoices will be deleted within 10 days. Board data (invoices, quotes, customers, items) remains in your monday.com account.

11. Communication

We will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in. We may proactively contact you regarding:

  • Critical security issues affecting your use of the App
  • Required changes due to API or platform updates
  • Responses to support requests you initiate
  • Product updates, tips, or guidance to help you get the most out of the App

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App listing or monday.com notification channels. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
