Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Google Easy Embed Pro application ("App") operated by Redcoded Limited, trading as BAM Apps ("we", "us", "our").

By installing or using the App through the monday.com marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Description of Service

Google Easy Embed Pro is a monday.com integration that allows users to authenticate with Google, select Google Drive files (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides), and embed them within monday.com views. The App provides access control and display configuration for embedded files.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid monday.com account and a Google account to use the App. You must be authorized to grant the permissions requested during installation and Google authentication.

3. Google Account Authorization

The App requests access to your Google account via OAuth 2.0 with the following scopes:

  • drive.file — Access to Google Drive files that you explicitly select through the App's file picker
  • email and profile — To display your Google account name and avatar within the App

The App does not have access to your entire Google Drive. It can only access files you explicitly choose through the file picker.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with monday.com's Terms of Service and Google's Terms of Service
  • Only embed files you have the right to share
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or reverse-engineer the App

5. Data Handling

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data. In summary:

  • We store Google OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) in monday.com's Secure Storage to maintain your authenticated session
  • We store your view configuration (selected file, display mode, access mode) in monday.com's instance-level storage
  • We do not store your Google files, file contents, or Google Drive data on our servers
  • We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics (see Privacy Policy for details)

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Redcoded Limited. monday.com, Google, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

  • monday.com — governed by monday.com's Terms of Service
  • Google APIs — governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all browsers or environments
  • That Google or monday.com APIs will remain available or unchanged

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Redcoded Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.

Upon uninstallation or deauthorization, your stored Google OAuth tokens and view settings will be deleted within 10 days in accordance with monday.com's marketplace requirements.

11. Communication

We will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in. We may proactively contact you regarding:

  • Critical security issues affecting your use of the App
  • Required changes due to API or platform updates
  • Responses to support requests you initiate
  • Product updates, tips, or guidance to help you get the most out of the App

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App listing or monday.com notification channels. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
