Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Group Card application ("App") operated by Redcoded Limited, trading as BAM Apps ("we", "us", "our").
By installing or using the App through the monday.com marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. Description of Service
Group Card is a monday.com application that allows users to create, sign, and deliver group greeting cards for team celebrations. The App provides template selection, message authoring with GIF support, contributor management via in-app invites and notifications, and scheduled card delivery — all within the monday.com workspace.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid monday.com account to use the App. You must be authorized to grant the permissions requested during installation.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with monday.com's Terms of Service
- Ensure that card content and messages are appropriate and lawful
- Not use the App for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or reverse-engineer the App
4. Data Handling
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data. In summary:
- Card data and messages are stored on monday.com's infrastructure — not in our own databases
- OAuth access tokens are stored in monday.com's SecureStorage (encrypted, server-side)
- GIF searches are powered by Klipy — only search query strings and an anonymous customer identifier are sent
5. Card Content and Delivery
- Cards and messages are created and stored within the monday.com platform.
- Organizers are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of card content and contributor invitations.
- Card delivery is scheduled by the organizer. We do not guarantee exact delivery timing and delivery depends on the availability of the monday.com platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Redcoded Limited. monday.com is a trademark of monday.com Ltd.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with:
- monday.com — governed by monday.com's Terms of Service
- Klipy — GIF search and display, governed by Klipy's Terms of Service
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all browsers or environments
- That monday.com APIs will remain available or unchanged
- Exact delivery timing for scheduled cards
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Redcoded Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.
Upon uninstallation, monday.com fires a lifecycle webhook that the App handles immediately. Within seconds, all data we hold for your account — OAuth tokens, card configurations, messages, contributor records, and scheduled deliveries — is deleted from monday.com's infrastructure. 11. Communication
We will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in. We may proactively contact you regarding:
- Critical security issues affecting your use of the App
- Required changes due to API or platform updates
- Responses to support requests you initiate
- Product updates, tips, or guidance to help you get the most out of the App
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App listing or monday.com notification channels. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
