The marketplace listing went live this week. Group Card is now a one-click install from inside any monday.com workspace — no waitlist, no beta access code, no support email required.

What you get on day one

Everything from the public-launch post is shipping in the live build:

  • 9 occasion types with themed templates — birthdays, work anniversaries, farewells, thank-yous, congratulations, new baby, get well, welcome, promotions.
  • 100+ professionally designed templates with a real greeting-card look.
  • Events tab that surfaces upcoming birthdays and anniversaries from your monday workspace, grouped by month.
  • Workspace Settings for plan, scheduled delivery, default delivery hour, timezone, and signing window.
  • Native monday.com notifications for invites and nudges — no separate email account, no extra login.
  • Giphy GIF picker, opening animations (confetti, balloons, sparkles), and timezone-aware scheduled delivery (default 09:00 in the recipient’s local time).
  • Organiser dashboard to track who’s signed, send polite nudges, and preview the card before it ships.
  • Mobile-friendly — opens the same way in the monday.com mobile app as on desktop.
  • Data stays in your workspace — stored via monday’s Storage API, OAuth tokens in SecureStorage. No external vendor cloud.

Pricing

Free to install. The Free tier covers 2 active cards with manual delivery — enough for a small team to celebrate a handful of moments a year. Paid tiers (Starter, Standard, Premium, Unlimited) unlock more active cards, scheduled delivery, custom-template tooling, and admin analytics. Billing flows through monday’s standard plan picker, so there’s no second invoice to chase.

How to get started

  1. Open the marketplace listing and click Install.
  2. Pick a workspace.
  3. Open Group Card from the app sidebar and create your first card.

The whole flow — install to first delivered card — takes under five minutes.

A thank-you

Big thanks to the HR and people-ops teams who ran cards through the private beta and told us, bluntly, what was off. Most of what’s in today’s build started life as a beta complaint. Keep them coming — support@bam-apps.com.
